Your Star Sign Is Not a Flavour Profile, and Yet Here We Are

There are two types of people in any vape shop. The first asks for a recommendation, tries three options, and buys the one they came in for. The second asks what the person behind them in the queue vapes, what the staff member's favourite is, and whether the bottle with the little star on it says anything about their personality.
We are firmly in the second camp, which is how this article happened. Somebody on our socials asked what flavour a Scorpio would be. We answered. Within an hour we had twelve replies, two arguments, and one person threatening to cancel their subscription because we'd allegedly slandered Virgos.
So, properly, with the full weight of the Gemini Vapour editorial desk behind it: the definitive zodiac-to-flavour matches. Take it as seriously as you take Mercury retrograde.
Fire Signs: Loud in the Queue, Louder in the Cloud
Aries — Dessert menthol. An absolutely unhinged combination that shouldn't work and doesn't care. Aries vapers made their mind up in four seconds and will defend it in a group chat.
Leo — Golden custard with a vanilla crown. Something warm, rich and faintly theatrical. Leos don't vape discreetly; they vape like the cloud is being photographed.
Sagittarius — Whatever's new. Sagittarius has seventeen half-filled bottles and no loyalty. Ask them their all-day vape and they'll say "currently?" with genuine delight.
Earth Signs: Sensible, Until They're Not
Taurus — Proper tobacco, lightly sweetened. Taurus found their bottle in 2019 and has treated the relationship with more commitment than most marriages.
Virgo — Clean single-fruit. A sharp apple or a well-made berry, nothing muddled. Virgos read ingredient lists for fun and will absolutely tell you if your coil is due.
Capricorn — Coffee and toasted nuts. Serious, warming, quietly expensive-tasting. Capricorns buy the 100ml shortfill and decant it like it's a fine wine, which, honestly, respect.
Air Signs: The Chatterboxes
Gemini — Two flavours in one tank, obviously. We'd be daft to pretend otherwise. The twin bottle exists because someone with a Gemini moon got tired of choosing. Geminis switch between a citrus and a berry before lunch and see no contradiction whatsoever.
Libra — A balanced fruit-and-cream blend. Nothing too sharp, nothing too heavy. Libras will hold two bottles, ask your opinion, then buy both "for variety".
Aquarius — Something nobody's heard of. Cucumber-lime-elderflower, possibly with a herb in it. Aquarius vapes things purely to answer "what is that?" at the bus stop.
Water Signs: Intense, Emotional, Excellent
Cancer — Comfort bakery. Warm dough, cinnamon, a hint of nostalgia for a bakery that closed in 2004. Cancer vapes cosiness and will make you try it.
Scorpio — Ice-cold menthol with a dark fruit underneath. The most intense sign gets the most intense profile, and Scorpios know it. They don't ask for recommendations; they ask what the strongest thing is.
Pisces — Dreamy tropical blends with a floral note. Pisces is vaping on a beach in their head while standing in a car park in Doncaster, and the flavour is doing all the emotional heavy lifting.
The Poll That Started a Small War
We ran this past our readers last week and the results were gloriously petty. Leos voted overwhelmingly for their own entry (of course). Scorpios said we'd been "surprisingly accurate", which from a Scorpio is a standing ovation. And a vocal contingent of Geminis demanded to know why they'd been paired with themselves rather than something more interesting — then, in the same breath, admitted they'd been considering a flavour switch all week.
The Gemini vote splitting in two over its own horoscope may be the most on-brand thing that's ever happened to us.
A Defence of Cosmic Nonsense
Is there any science linking your birth month to your palate? No. Obviously not. We're an adult vaping brand, not an astrologer's hotline, and nothing here replaces good advice from a proper shop about nicotine strength, device care or the actual regulations around what we sell.
But there's a reason this sort of thing takes off. Choosing a flavour is one of the small daily acts of self-expression available to grown-up smokers, and people enjoy any lens — however daft — that makes the choosing more fun. It's the same instinct that has us all doing those "which character are you?" quizzes at midnight. It's play, and adults are allowed some.
So tell us in the comments: did we get yours right, or are you drafting an angry reply? Geminis, feel free to send two responses. We expect nothing less.
